No. Although a merchant account from Simplify Commerce is an easy way to start, you may also accept orders offline to process manually through your point of sale terminal.

Yes. We are a PCI certified full-service provider and continue this year after year to keep your customer's data safe.
How many emails/month can I send?
You can send unlimited emails with the autoresponder email package.
What if I have a contact database larger than 2500?
Contact database upgrades are available once your contact list exceeds the package limit. Contact us for details or upgrade
directly within your account on the Renew/Upgrade page.
Can I import my contact list from another email provider?
Yes, you can import your contacts using our Import Contacts tool. Our service supports only permission based Email Marketing. This
means that when you import a new list of Contacts into your account, they will go through a double opt-in confirmation process to
confirm that you have permission to send commercial email to your contact list. Any contact that does not confirm their subscription
will remain in your database, but will not be eligible to receive email until they opt-in. We do not allow lists that have been
rented, purchased or gathered using automated scripts to be imported into our system. If your Contact list is already double opt-in
confirmed and you would like to inquire about importing your contact list without re-confirming, please contact our Client Services
team to determine whether you are eligible to bypass our opt-in requirement.
What if I need a larger plan?
No worries. We have solutions to meet larger businesses. Contact us and an eCommerce expert will give you the details.
Can I change my plan at a later date?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time inside your control panel. There are no additional costs to changing plans.
