* Customers on a monthly billing cycle are billed every 4 weeks. Applicable sales tax may be collected on future and recurring charges, whereby such tax may not be reflected in the current price. Such sales tax will be applied to relevant charges per applicable state sales tax rates. This promotion provides Customer with first (1) billing cycle of the related Services at no cost to Customer (not counting any add-on services). If Customer’s account is not cancelled by Customer during this first (1) billing cycle, the recurring fee for the Services will automatically change to then current rate for which Customer will be billed every billing cycle (currently every four weeks) moving forward, pending any change in pricing instituted by 1ShoppingCart. The current rates for the Services are listed on http://www.mcssl.com and are subject to change at the sole discretion of 1ShoppingCart. By choosing to purchase these services or otherwise opening an account, you hereby agree to also be enrolled in a four week free trial of “Plus Support”, which will be billed to your credit card at a cost of $10.00 every four weeks following the free trial, unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period. Customer may cancel prior to the end of the promotional period or at any time thereafter by contacting 1ShoppingCart at 888-792-1961. The Services are to be further governed by the terms and conditions.
