As the President of a multi-million dollar enterprise,
you’d be right if you guessed there are a ton
of things to be done around here – TOO many in
fact. I’m sure you know the feeling of being somewhat
overwhelmed at times. So, I’ve recently began
to focus on ‘delegation and outsourcing’
as part of my own personal and business development.
Then, while penning a chapter for the soon-to-be published
Walking With The Wise Entrepreneur (look for
it to be published this August) it struck me!
You can delegate and outsource internally. Many recognize
the ability to outsource simple tasks to outside providers,
like printing, shipping and product creation, and fulfillment. |
