As
the President of a multi-million dollar enterprise,
you’d be right if you guessed there are a ton
of things to be done around here – TOO many in
fact. I’m sure you know the feeling of being somewhat
overwhelmed at times. So, I’ve recently began
to focus on ‘delegation and outsourcing’
as part of my own personal and business development.

You can delegate and outsource internally. Many recognize
the ability to outsource simple tasks to outside providers,
like printing, shipping and product creation, and fulfillment.
However, few take full advantage of what I call “Systematic
Automation.” You can also outsource your internal,
repetitive operations to automated systems. A perfect
example is the use of autoresponders to automate many
of your sales and marketing processes.
Review all of your business process and determine which
ones you can completely automate and then see which
parts of the others you can also partially automate.
