You can now more easily and quickly find the answers to questions you may have about the many powerful features and tools in your 1ShoppingCart solution.
The 1ShoppingCart.com Users Guide has been completely rebuilt from the ground up with better indexing and search capabilities. The latest edition helps new users get up and running quickly, provide directions for the variety of options and processes inside the solution, and assist in searching for specific terms or forms.
Improvements include:
- A helpful, static menu in the left hand frame that allows you to browse through the User Guide more easily and efficiently.
- New Keyword Index and Keyword Searching tools to quickly find the specific help you need.
The Keyword Index lists major keywords in alphabetical order for easy scrolling to find any topics of interest to you.
Keyword Searching provides a comprehensive search of the entire User Guide. Simply type in your own keyword and the search feature displays every instance of that word or phrase.
- An innovative “Succinct Format” has been introduced to assist you in finding information faster. This new format makes it more comprehensible and easily understood.
- An improved, speedy “Quick Start Guide” that’s been enhanced and restructured to help new users quickly setup a new account with greater ease.
To access the new and improved User Guide, log in to your account and then select Support from the top right hand corner of your web browser. Then click on “Consult the User Guide” link to access the new manual.
