| Are you using a SPAM protection service like Spam Arrest?
If so, you may experience problems receiving responses from our online ticket support system.
Unfortunately, using an email address that is protected by a service like Spam Arrest may prevent responses from being delivered properly.
An automated ticket system sends out an email called a “ticket” with the Support Department answer to your question. The ticket system does not validate email returned from a service like Spam Arrest.
If you have had problems not receiving email from the ticket system, confirm that you either DO NOT use an email address that is protected by a Spam Arrest type service. Or , you must pre-qualify our Support email addresses within your Spam protection software’s SafeList before submitting your question.
To pre-qualify our return email simply add the following addresses to your program’s SafeList:
support@1shoppingcart.com
noreply@autocontactor.com
system@autocontactor.com
