The next step in the evolution of our shopping cart, email and ecommerce software, a completely re-skinned version of our software’s Merchant Control Panel, has now been rolled out.
While no functionality has been changed in the coming update, we anticipate the visual change to cause significant attention and, we hope, positive feedback and enthusiasm from all our merchants.
The heart of our redesign, a new Account Navigation and Look & Feel, will provide a fresh energy to our software while presenting a new streamlined, uncluttered workspace and improved ability to locate the tools you need to run your business.

We realize any new design will take a little getting used to, but we’re excited to introduce our new results-oriented interface as a significant improvement from our older look and have provided a User Interface white paper to help explain the changes (which you can find by clicking the Resource option on the new main menu!)
We can’t wait to hear your feedback and know you’re going to find the new interface much easier to use and, thanks to the more intuitive design and more streamlined architecture, quicker to achieve exactly what you’re logging in to do.

The redesign is beautiful! Well-done. It definitely speeds up administration tasks.

None of us here like the new skin. the old one was better. the new one is too light and airy fairy. The text and boxes aren’t differentiated enough. The contectual menues at the top get stuck and block the text on the page and screw up the printing. We’d like the old one back. Of all the things you could have spent money on to improve your product, this was a huge waste of time and money.

this is extremely confusing. The redesign is too self-promotional/cross-promotional. The product is lost in slogans.

Hey guys, the new design looks excellent
. After having been away from your service for about a year or so, I became involved again with a new client project and was very pleased with the changes and continually upgrades you’ve been making to your product line. Keep up the good work.
To John’s comment, I’d add the suggestion of perhaps offering a “skin selection” for users where they can choose a 1SC “skin” and have that setting applied via their account settings.
Keep up the good work

Frankly, You should give it a go. All you can do is test, and if you fail, you test again, and again.

At first we did not like the new look…change is hard. We are finally used to it now and really do like it. Thank you for fixing the 2 page print out thing - it was a killer to always have to waste a sheet when printing orders .
My only other requests are that you fix those drop down menus…they don’t go away very easily and end up being printed in the orders. Also - sometimes it takes like 20 minutes (or longer) to get tech support on the phone. Some of them are a bit snippy with questions and some of them (like Steven) are excellent.
I’ve been with you for a long time now and don’t plan on switching real soon.

Hi, just surfed in. I enjoyed looking around your web site. This site has been very useful to me so far and I have barely scrathed the surface of it.
